General Terms and Conditions – AGB
Booking
A booking is binding with our confirmation by email.
We issue an invoice for the deposit of 50% with the confirmation, provided the booking is more than 30 days before departure. Less than 30 days the deposit is waived and we charge 100% of the accommodation costs. The term of payment is 7 days for receipt on our account.
The remaining 50% will be invoiced 30 days before departure. Here too, 7 days is the payment deadline for receipt in our account.
Bookings are accepted via the online booking system via the website lapplander.at.
If direct bookings are made via What’s APP, email or telephone, the conditions as above apply from the time the booking confirmation and invoice are sent. All direct bookings are binding – the cancellation conditions apply.
Cancellation conditions
Bookings for “Lapplander Lodge” are binding as soon as we have confirmed your reservation request. We kindly ask you to take note of the fact that cancelations are only possible in writing and will always be charged according to the following conditions (these cancellation conditions are based on the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions AGBH 2006):
- Up to 3 months before arrival: 25% of the total price
- 3 months to 1 month before: 40% of the total price
- 1 month to 1 week before: 70% of the total price
- Last week until arrival: 90% of the total price
Please also note: In case of no-show without giving reasons, we will be forced to charge the complete total price of the booking (100%).
Cancellations will be invoiced within 7 working days in accordance with the above conditions. The difference will be transferred to the specified account with the invoice.
We strongly recommend that you take out Premium Cancellation Protection Insurance.
Security deposit
A deposit of € 300 will be blocked via credit card on arrival. The deposit will be refunded after final cleaning, provided there are no complaints from the landlord regarding damage or loss of property. In such cases, we will inform the customer immediately that there is a complaint from the landlord. The situation will be clarified within 10 days and an agreement reached with the guest. If no agreement is reached, the entire deposit amount will be charged and not returned.
Place of jurisdiction
It is expressly agreed and accepted that the place of jurisdiction is Austria.
